1. Protocol Acceptance
By accessing the Asignable protocol ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legally binding contract.
2. Commercial License
We grant a limited, revocable license to use the Service for commercial signing. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the protocol.
3. Digital Validity
Signatures generated by Asignable comply with eIDAS Regulations (EU) No 910/2014 for SES, AdES, and QES standards. They are legally binding equivalents to handwritten signatures.
4. Subscription Matrix
Services are billed on a monthly cycle. Cancellation is permitted at any time via the dashboard. Enterprise SLAs supersede standard terms where applicable.
5. Data Sovereignty
You retain full ownership of your documents. We process data solely for the purpose of verification and signing. See our Privacy Policy for GDPR specifics.
6. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
7. Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We provide the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind.
